Crappy Music = Crappy Ad?
Categories: Business, Media

Someone please debate this with me; if you use crappy elevator music, the generic type, does it ruin an ad? More specifically, McCain had a recent acquisition of Debra Bartoshevich, whom jumped the boat from the Democratic Party, driven by spite for Hillary’s loss. Anywho, They could of made a knock-out advert with her, thought it through a bit, and maybe even put some quality music to back it up. In my eye’s, they ruined it with infomercial elevator music, the kind that makes me want to skip down the street with glee. This could have been a budgeting thing; RIAA has been on a war path for money lately. Regardless, how much do you think music play’s a role in your perception and reception to a video advertisement?

Yes, that is some crappy music. Music definitely influences my thoughts on an ad. Sorta like how a beautiful woman wearing unpleasant perfume suddenly turns into a junkyard dog.
